An Ekiti State University staff who defiled his 12-year-old daughter for 3 years, has been arrested after being exposed during a sex education class the girl participated in.  The little girl told her teacher that her father identified as Davies Joel started defiling her after telling her how special she is to him while caressing her breast. The defilment continued for years and it was further learnt that the girl who was bleeding when she confided in her teacher, was taken to the hospital for further examination. The 52-year-old ICT department staff of EKSU however blamed the sad act on foolishness and also pleaded for forgiveness after the Chairperson of the Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Ekiti State chapter, Mrs. Seyi Ojo took up the case after being contacted by the management of his daughter's school. Heidi teamed up with Amazon to let her fans watch her get ready through the company’s shop window, in New York, ahead of the scary evening. After 13 hours of prosthetics, she transformed into an alien, seemingly inspired by  Frankenstein and the alien movie Species. The star was accompanied by her husband Tom Kaulitz, who dressed as an astronaut who seemed to have had a rather violent death. This year’s party was held at the Moxy Hotel in New York City, with Heidi marking the 20th anniversary of her Halloween bash with a cake that featured figurines of her costumes over the last 19 years. Chief Superintendent of Police, Dolapo Badmus has weighed in on Naira Marley's controversial statement that "having big booty is better than having a Masters degree". The rapper made the statement on Twitter and it's been widely discussed. Davido has put Kayode Ogundamisi on blast over comment the political/social commentator made about him and his late uncle, Isiaka Adeleke on Twitter. Trouble started after Kayode took to Twitter to criticize Davido and his men for parading the two ladies who in a viral video claimed one of them was pregnant for him. A lady has revealed she has HIV and she announced the sad news to his friends and family by inking "HIV+" on her private part.  The lady identified as Katie K on Twitter with her handle @KatieKleinxo took to her page to share photos of her new tattoo and wrote: 'F**k it might as well get a tattoo now since I have the shit... recently found out I’m HIV positive sorry to everyone affected by this.'

Ghanaian singer, Ms Forson has disclosed that she loves being beaten by her boyfriend as it increases her love for him.  In an interview at Starr FM, Ms Forson stated that though violence against women is not good however being pampered by her boyfriend after being beaten endears him to her.  "It’s not good but for me, I like it because it makes me feel good. A mother was allegedly strangled to death by a massive eight-foot python in a home filled with 140 snakes, police said. Laura Hurst, 36, was found dead with the snake wrapped around her neck in a home in Battle Ground, Indiana on Wednesday night, October 30. The home is reportedly owned by Benton County Sheriff Don Munson and is set up specifically for the snake collection. According to a statement by Indiana State Police spokesman Sergeant Kim Riley, Hurst kept about 20 of her own snakes in the home and usually visited it twice a week. Sheriff Munson lives next door to the reptile house and reportedly saw Hurst at the home on Wednesday evening. Riley said a person found Hurst later that night on the floor with a reticulated python loosely wrapped around her neck. Metro UK reports. "She appears to have been strangled by the snake. Senior Advocate of Nigeria and human rights activist, Femi Falana has dragged the Nigerian army to court over “operation positive identification” exercise which was scheduled to take off in all states in the country on Friday November 1.  Recall that in a statement released ahead of the exercise in which soldiers will be demanding a valid form of identification from all Nigerians, the Nigerian army said it would “checkmate bandits, kidnappers, armed robbers, ethnic militia, cattle rustlers as well as perpetrators pf other crimes across the various regions of Nigeria.” However Falana asked the Federal High Court in Lagos to declare the exercise 'illegal' as it violates people’s right to freedom of movement. A building has just collapsed along Glover road, Ikoyi - Lagos. Already, officials of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA have raced to the scene to rescue trapped persons.   According to reports, the building is said to have collapsed at Glover Court, Ikoyi and an unconfirmed number of construction workers working on the building are trapped inside.

Jamaica women's international, Tarania Clarke has been killed in a stabbing incident in the capital city, Kingston. The 20-year-old footballer who recently represented Jamaica’s Reggae Girlz during the Olympic Caribbean qualifiers was stabbed to death in Kingston on Thursday, October 31, 2019.  Police said the student died after a dispute over a mobile phone at about 8.50pm. The midfielder was pronounced dead in hospital. Officers have arrested a woman over the death of Clarke, who played for Waterhouse FC and scored on her international debut in September's 12-1 win over Cuba in the Olympic qualifiers. Confirming her death, Jamaica Football Federation President Michael Ricketts said: “I am deeply saddened. The acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ibrahim Magu who had an interactive session with journalists at the anti-graft agency's headquarters in Abuja on Friday November 1, reportedly refused to answer a question on petition for an investigation over an alleged cash-laden bullion vans linked to former Governor of Lagos and All Progressives Congress Chieftain, Bola Tinubu.  Recall that on the eve of the presidential election in February, photos of two bullion vans allegedly driven into Tinubu’s Bourdillon residence in Lagos went viral on social media. The EFCC got a petition from activist Deji Adeyanju on October 5, calling for a probe of what the bullion vans were used for.  The EFCC boss who refused answering a question on the petition reportedly told a journalist “You want me to talk about a petition here? Next question, please.” 

Mr. Ibrahim Magu, the acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has revealed that Instagram celebrity Ismaila Mustapha a.k.a Mompha and his Lebanese accomplice, Hamza Koudeih were their biggest catch in October 2019.  The Acting Chairman of the commission made this known during an interactive session with newsmen on Friday, November 1, 2019,  in Abuja. He also disclosed that the commission recorded no fewer than 200 arrests of Internet fraud suspects, popularly known as ‘Yahoo Boys’, in October alone.   According to Magu, their biggest arrest is Instagram celebrity Ismaila Mustapha a.k.a Mompha, and his Lebanese accomplice, Hamza Koudeih.
